As a highly seasoned clinical psychotherapist, I have a Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution. I have worked in various capacities, including as a CALM volunteer therapist trainee at Carpinteria Children's Resource Center, Therapist Trainee at Community Counseling & Education Center, Noah's Anchorage Group Home and Emergency Shelter Night Supervisor, Outpatient Clinic Therapist Trainee, School Based Counselor, and Registered Intern at FSA Santa Barbara, Rehabilitation Specialist through Community Action Commission now known as Communify, County of Santa Barbara Department of Behavioral Wellness within the adult and children/TAY intensive outpatient programs as a practitioner within the Quality Care Management team as an Access line screener providing crisis support services and screenings for referrals in the community. Also through COSB Department of Behavioral Wellness as the north Santa Barbara County I served the community as the SPIRIT team (Wraparound lead) and Prevention Early Intervention Intake Clinic Assessor for all new and returning IOPC clients ages 6-25 years old. I am also a private practice owner, clinical supervisor, and community education provider.

I am from Santa Barbara California, of indigenous Mexican ancestry, I speak English and Spanish and often use Spanglish in sessions. I am a mother, wife, and supportive family member to countless relatives. I have vast experience providing support to the hispanic and native/indigenous community members. I welcome all clients of all backgrounds, and I pride myself in using the various clinical skills I have acquired through my various work sites, and phenomenal supervisors and colleagues. My framework is eclectic weaving in evidence based theories, interventions, and culturally competent curiosity and competences supporting clients in their many roles.

I earned a Master in Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Latino Mental Health from Antioch University Santa Barbara. I am a bilingual therapist providing services to monolingual Spanish and bilingual English/Spanish speaking community members .
My experience consists of working with children aged 5 to 18, as a school social worker in the Carpintería community, and lead school counselor for local Santa Barbara high school alternative education programs.
I am proud to provide culturally appropriate therapy. I am excited to embark on this new endeavor and work with our community.

My prior work experience includes working, with children ages 5 - 18 years old, as a Registered Behavioral Therapist with those with Neurological Disorders, MindBloom Wellness advocate in Solvang, School Based Therapist with CADA in Santa Maria, and a School Based Therapist at FSA Santa Barbara.

I am a Los Angeles native that moved to Santa Barbara during the COVID-19 Pandemic to continue my higher education and find myself. I am a daughter, sister, partner, and mother to two fur babies. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non judgemental, space for those seeking to better themselves. I work from a person centered/humanistic framework and integrate various interventions and theories, while maintaining cultural competence to get to know you. ​I am a currently in my first year of college at Santa Barbara City College double majoring in Business and Biology with plans to transfer out to a 4-year university. I have previously considered pursuing Law and becoming an attorney working with families and children. I was recently exposed to sports medicine and have a strong passion for helping athletes as a sports medicine medical provider.

I am a first generation born native of Santa Barbara California, I attended local schools DO DONS!, and I have a dog named Milo and enjoy all things Disney. I look up-to female entrepreneurs and aspire to one day own my own sports medicine practice.

Every client will have different needs, every client will have a treatment plan co-created with their therapist to use as a guide for their treatment and more importantly as a tool to assess growth and areas of continued need for support.

Consultation with clients are provided to ensure a good clinical match with each client and provider. We strive to match clients according to need, preference, and suitability.

Our level of care is considered mild to moderate, for clients requiring a referral to a higher level of care we provide a warm-handoff to the next team and advocate for a seamless transition.

Community members that require immigration evaluations to support their legal cases. We offer evaluations to support Hardship, Cancellation Removal, Asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa, and VAWA cases. Cases with active legal representation may contact us directly for more information on how we can support.
